Shipping:
All MahoFa orders are shipped door-to-door from our warehouse, India to your provided shipping address. Processing the order normally takes 3-6 working days and then Shipping normally takes 3-5 working days within India and appx 2 weeks for international orders. For customized orders we take around 2-3 weeks to process and dispatch the order (customizations could be in terms of size or length of the garments)

We Ship Worldwide destinations.

We do not ship backorders. We aim to keep every item on our website in stock. If there is an item that you purchase and then we realize this item is not available, we will promptly inform you within 4 working days of your purchase and fully refund your money for the out-of-stock item.

We cannot ship to Post Office Box addresses and take no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case the delivery address is wrong or does not include P.O. Box details in any part or form.

Our delivery partner will attempt delivery 3 times at the delivery address specified by you in the order, before they contact us that your package is not deliverable. You can track the package through the Order Tracking facility. If the package status is shown as undeliverable, please call Customer Service at their local number and quote your tracking number to trace your package.

COD - Applicable upto INR6999 (INR 190 Shipping Fee)
PrePayment - From INR0.1 to INR9999 (INR 140 Shipping Fee)
Free Shipping - INR9999.01 and above

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide. It takes 12-15 days for delivery post-dispatch. We charge INR 3999 Flat for all International shipments.


Returns:
1. Eligibility:
You may initiate an exchange within 2 days from the date of delivery.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Personalized or custom-made products may not be eligible for exchange unless there is a defect or error on our part.

2.Exchange Process:
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team by sending an email at  sales.mahofa@gmail.com or whatsapp us at +91 9501469532 within 2 days of receiving the product.

Provide your order number, the reason for the exchange, and any relevant details.

Our customer support team will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with an exchange authorization, if applicable.

Please pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accompanying items.

Please note exchange is allowed only once. 

3.Return Shipping:
MahoFa, we try our best to provide a hassle free return and exchange. Customer has to arrange the pickup and send back the product in original condition. Shipping charges will be borne by MahoFa for all eligible requests in case of Exchange. In case of Refund,  Shipping charges will be borne by Customers.

4.Return:
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue the refund equal to the value of the returned item, excluding any shipping charges.

Refund Processing Time - Money will be refunded within 7 Working Days.
